Our Guarantee

We understand that if you have never brewed with an on-site Brewery & Winery before you might be wary about whether or not you will enjoy the product. We wish we could let you try it! Unfortunately the "Ferment-on-Premise" liquor license forbids us from providing tasters. We also understand that putting down money for a batch, rather than being able to buy a bottle and try it, can be daunting. In order to tackle these challenges, we stand by our guarantee:

To prove just how much we believe in our product,

we offer a 100% guarantee.

Our 100% guarantee means that if you make a batch of beer, wine, seltzers, ciders or coolers, take it home and just aren't enjoying it for any reason, all you have to do is bring the bottles or cans back to us.

When we receive the batch back, we will refund you an amount equal to the amount of the batch you have brought in. If you would like to make a different batch, we can put the money towards that instead!

We will dispose of what you bring back, and will then clean your bottles and let you know when they are ready to be picked up.

Please note, we can only refund the amount that we receive. We can not refund for any un-returned product.

The most important thing to us is that you

love what you brew!

Important to Note

We want to make sure that whatever you make with us you enjoy. Therefore, please read the below to ensure that your product can be guaranteed and you can return it if you need to!

Ensure your beer can be guaranteed

  • Your beer must be stored in a fridge. We cannot guarantee your beer if it is stored above 5°C or below 0°C. As there are no artificial preservatives in our beer it cannot withstand heat or freezing temperatures. It must be kept fridge cold.

  • You are more than welcome to fortify or add any out-of-house ingredients (such as hops, self-made honey, maple syrup etc) but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it if you do.

  • We recommend bottling/canning your beer right away. We cannot guarantee your beer if you do not bottle/can it within 2 months of its ready date.

  • We cannot guarantee your product if the bottles you use on the day of bottling are soiled or contain any residual liquid from previous batches as this can spoil your product when it ages. We recommend rinsing all of your bottles as soon as they have been poured, and if they are visibly dirty cleaning them before you come in to bottle. We also very much recommend sanitizing and cleaning your bottles at our premises on the day you bottle to ensure they are fit for purpose.
